Alexandra Richter

Creative solution? Ask Alexandra.

Alexandra studied textile technology at the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences,where she had an extraordinary idea: transferring non-wettability to textiles. A few years later, she is now a researcher and has founded a company together with Sarah – TEXTERIAL. She is the creative developer and enjoys herwork.

Multi-talented: Sarah.

Sarah is responsible for finances, business development and the organisation of everything. She also has an MBA in Management and Entrepreneurship. She keeps track of everything and founded the company together with Alexandra. And luckily for all of us, she studied food chemistry before that. So she also understands the textile engineers when they talk about textile finishing.

Ahmed Abdelsamad

He knows exactly how our filament works: Ahmed.

Ahmed holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering. Throughout his research career, he has focused on functional membranes and advanced material systems. At Texterial, he brings a unique perspective to innovation, approaching challenges from a molecular-level understanding of materials and their interactions. He knows the exact function of the filament.

Textiles and process engenieering combined: Kira.

Kira studied textile technologies at the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences and afterwards specialized in process development and scale-up. She has worked on developing pilot-scale processes and transferring them into industrial applications. Her experience helps bridge the gap between innovation and implementation, turning promising concepts into practical manufacturing solutions.
